The Medical Board of Australia has amended the requirements for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for medical practitioners. The new Registration Standard which applies from 1 January 2023 provides that medical practitioners must:
• Complete a minimum of 50 hours of CPD activities per year,
• Complete a yearly written Professional Development Plan, and
• Join a “CPD Home” by 1 January 2024.

GP into alternative medicine, perhaps a bit too focused on crystals and colonic irrigation?
Dental Surgeon - clearly very poor industry knowledge on treatment scope to the detriment of his/her patients
Ortho Consultant/Surgeon - appalling industry knowledge to the detriment of his/her patients perhaps undergoing invasive and poor efficacious surgeries where they needn't....

Plenty of non-medical investors know of OCC, so there is absolutely no excuse for a Orthopod not knowing. If an orthopedic surgeon does not know of ATI 10 years after its been available via the SAS, can hardly give a patient with a partial intra-substance tendon tear very comprehensive medical advice.
