Well said Speckled and KainCarver. I also assumed that people in the US would not want to be having teeth removed and implants placed during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods. We also don't know about the timing of receipts.
For me, Remplir remains the likely big earner over the medium term. What a brilliant product! In practical terms, it's better in every respect than its nearest competitor.
What surgeon would not want to choose something that makes the job easier and produces superior results? The patient achieves better outcomes more quickly and the surgeon gets the credit!
