Versant were responsible for the USD 1bn takeover of Century Therapeutics by Bayer.
From what I can see, Century have a tech that takes IPSCs to NK (Natural Killer) and CAR-T cells. The application of these cells appear to be mainly for cancer indications.
You would think that Cynata's patents that takes IPSCs to MSC cells would be far more valuable than the likes of Century Therapeutics.
Cynata was listed in 2013... Century in 2019. In circa 5 years Century and Versant have created significant value to its shareholders.
Why are we not doing a deal Versant or similar. Whats holding us back?
