Because we have a board that supports a cap raise through SHs as funds are required to move the company forward.
IMO the reason for the slow initial take up was due to the SP, board could have exercised early as a sign to the market.
I just think good leadership you lead by action and get others to follow.
I think the chair has $800 worth to exercise?
Instead of talking about it, just do it.
I exercised in the first few weeks.
