I personally don’t think an offer will be made on a premium to the market cap, but made on the potential revenue and discounted for risk/time/scale etc.
I also don’t know if it proves cardioprotective, or useful as an FTO inhibitor, that waiting until the end of P2 will generate that much more value.. The end points here, seem to set us up to prove value early.
Not saying P2 still isn’t the best time to sell, just worth not holding on to that assumption given the path forward is rather innovative. As is the drug.
