IMO the increase in the number of holders in the "up to 1,000" category is BAD news, not great news.
Those tiny holdings would be mostly newly created SRN holdings from bonus option conversions which haven't been transferred into that holder's main HIN holding.
This fragmentation increases admin costs for no benefit to RAC.
@RaceOncology am I correct ?
