What would be interesting to know: are the patents broad enough to prevent people from achieving the same overall outcome?
e.g. to achieve this would you need all or some of the building blocks they've protected...
If they could say "nobody can build anything like this without our recipe book (the 34 patents)" then the buyer will know they've got it all locked up.
Something for the PR firm to drill into.
