Well I used "effectively" as an adverb not an adverb of degree. The intent was to indicate I did not mean that it "literally" covers the physics.
Given the various components in the patent portfolio, it seems to broadly cover the application of the physics and appears to make it difficult to recreate without infringing on some part of the portfolio.
