I am amazed another Sumitomo hasn't come along. This company is far more progressed now in trials than back then and a damn sight cheaper....are you expecting an early knee OA readout? Recruitment complete and a 2 year follow up per this report and December 2023's release:
"the Company anticipates that the last participant visit will occur around November 2025, with results expected in the first half of 2026.
The trial having commenced in November 2020 of course. I am thinking the Uni would be in a position to post two year results on half of the data set late 2024 / early 2025.
Its funny how the detractors of CYP talk as if its a joke of a company, yet one of Australia's leading research institutes and the venerated Professor David Hunter, the Florance and Cope Chair of Rheumatology and Professor of Medicine at the University of Sydney, the well published and arguably the leading Australian researcher in osteoarthritis think otherwise, running a funded phase III trial of stem cells with them at an unprecedented size.
