I'm never sure how to read this in the 4DS context, but my take is >non-platform lots were TRL4 (lab proof of the 4DS cells working) >platform lot 4&5 was TRL5 at 60nm (imec platform is a "relevant environment") >PL6 is TRL 5 at 20nm (again imec is "relevant environment")
feels like the infenon agreement gets 4DS through TRL 6/7/8 - a tape out from Taiwan would enable this to be tested and demonstrated in real world manufacturing environment.
For the first time we see the plan that takes us immediately to the step before manufacturing (which we know they're not interested in).
delivering all of this directly improves the value of the company, as the IP is turned from lab, to demo to production ready.
