just to clarify, not saying it will drop to 2.2c as nobody likes to take a loss and taking such a loss on the principal also makes the oppies less valuable.
What it does mean is there will be some churn required between 3.6c and ~4.5c as people sell and keep oppies.
1:2 oppies would already mean buying on market and SPP is nearly on par and far less cap. Big difference. Companies should never do 1:1 oppies.
Of course i reckon 20nm and buyers will just slice through the sellers
