Well @Dazza, if we go with the well entrenched 4DS business performance model of 'later rather than sooner' & 'there's many a slip 'twixt the cup & the lip', I'd be inclined to suggest 4DS is giving the impression it's another 3-5 years (minimum)....but who knows...only The Shadow knows.
Having said that, it would be a spectacular surprise if they successfully nailed PL6 on their very first attempt at 20nm.
A success probability of 1 in 3 seems appropriate for PL6 at this stage. Just a guess.
