Not rude questions at all Tizard. I have stated in the past that I'm a lay person when it comes to semiconductors and quantum mechanics. In recent years I have delved into research and read and listen to many chip designers as well. A hobby I enjoy. Also enjoy sharing the distilled versions of what I hear from the experts. Mostly on YouTube . Currently it's Dr Ian Cutress (TechTechPotato) long time semiconductor analyst. And Anastasi in Tech. A deep tech pioneer and microchip designer. There's Chetan Anand of Microsoft who gives his views on Quantum chips engineering albeit in cryogenic conditions. There's also Guillaume Verdon who worked on quantum at Google and has now started his own Quantum quest with Extropic.
