Yeh its to cheap, especially with drilling around the corner.
Looking forward to seeing how this plays out, i know there is a few keen eyes waiting in the background waiting for the EM survey to see the extent of the potential here
If they can pull of a JV of some sort that will really set this off, even a hint of the company trying to achieve this would be a fire starter
