As a former NWE holder that was forced into the no brainer offer of MIN shares cause I did nothing. It stinks. Scared to do the math on what that cost me, oh well. Should have sold on market like the others. I do think MIN has a good future but for those NWE holders that took the deal it might be awhile before we see any upside
