The iron ore price that everyone references at US$100/t is for 62%Fe. Not Onslows 58. So no, if the 62 index goes to $80 the 58 grade product will take a good discount to that.
The realised price must be CIF and not FOB. I don't see how MIN could our perform BHP and RIO on price.
