18 teleco's signed, but how many are actually being billed?

And how many are actually paying

If they came out and said we only collected $100k this quarter but are expecting $300-$400k next quarter the share price would probably be green and i would still be a holder

Also they have signed another teleco this month and that didnt warrant a release to the market?

All i can assume is that there is 2-3 telcos paying, 2-3 more being billed (and delayed) the rest is signed but to what extent who knows

Looks promising but not enough hard facts for me

Ill look to re-enter if and when we have more facts and less fluff
