Interesting the OneTel comparison. Many years ago, I had friends who went with OneTel and had huge problems with billing. They spent huge amounts of time on the phone trying to sort things out. When someone suggested them to me as a trade I said uhhh I don't think so.
One thing we don't really have is much feedback as to what the customer experience is like. Have we had any recent happy customer stories? Not that I remember.
