This 5,000 reserved users - does this mean Dub is getting a guaranteed monthly fee for each of the 5,000 licenses?

With recording, once you get a Telco on board it doesn't miraculously mean they transfer 5000 recorded users and billing starts straight away.

It generally means the telco likes the product and agrees to resell it, and hopefully orders start to come in.

The product looks good, and if they have a minimum commit agreement with the telco tied to a $ spend then that's fine, otherwise it's meaningless until the Telco signs up customers.
