I believe FDV bought (through cap raising) at the maximum of covid through the South American region. I’m not sure of the metrics of the purchases, but I doubt these were purchased at a premium. My interpretation is they were purchased at below fair value. The world was panic stricken.
I agree with you about a cap raise may materialise in the future, opportunity dependent.
