Because people want $$ numbers, and lack patience the exact same thing happened with the fed-X ann...the SP dropped because it didnt contain the contents of the deal then the SP went up when more detail was revealed
People have a habit of calling BS on ann that cant conceptualise with revenue numbers. So it gets ramped down until the fundamentals come through, in this case revenue
