Especially when the tech play has been long gone.

You must be a bot or your full time job is sitting in front your phone or computer and typing up well written but rather unsound theories on how to invest in the stock market. If you are as prescient and skillful as you project yourself to be, quit trolling HC's BB and focus on making billions of dollars for yourself. That may be a better use of your time and presumed investing skills.
