thankyou Jasp it is because they are Chi-X trades which don't show up on the commsec app, however do show up on commsec iris platform. If only using the commsec app you don't get to see all the trades that are happening on a particular stock. at the time of writing this there have been 408000 trades however on commsec app it only shows 164000 shares traded. This gives a skewed view of the amount of trades.
