a CR at 12c? seriously? that would suggest the company is worth over $100m, show me the income to support that. I like the concept of Yojee and invested years ago, but sold out quite a while ago, lost faith with all the shares management were issued and revenue has not materialized, would love to get back in but in no hurry and agree there will be a discounted CR and will wait for that, they may have the product but need to prove it and sell it.
