Good point Ants66, Yojee is a tech company and is losing money each month.. it’s probably 12 to 18 months from breaking even .. but when it does become profitable like a lot of tech companies they will be large , like 90 cents in the dollar.. In my mind the product is proven , the CEO told me the development phase was over and now it’s sales time.. The money the company is spending is mostly in sales not development which is a natural company development.. When these sales start to come in which is close as in 3 to 12 months the share price will rise accordingly .. Management, staff and director s need to be incentivized , I’m not worried about number of shares on offer, but agree we don’t want too much more dilution. It’s a bit of a land grab at the moment as the new tech will massively improve logistics and deliveries in an ever expanding delivery/service market.
