Brett, I have holdings in a few pre-revenue/speccie companies. All cap raisings over the past few years have been at significant discounts to the prevailing market price. The market price of Yojee currently is around half the price you think the cap raise will be at. Do you believe something is likely to happen in the next couple of months that will boost the price?
I note in your reply to Ants that you expect revenue as soon as three months but my gut feel (which I admit is not scientific) is it won't be enough to stave off a cap raise nor enough to double the share price.
