Yeah I've never seen a raise above current sp. In saying that, I've seen people be very foolish, me included, by getting out in anticipation of a looming cr, then a cornerstone investor takes up the entire cr at a slight discount, and the sp has gone up 10-20% just off that confidence. Like a FedEx or someone just bang $5M in the kitty
