    Cash and Liquid Assets total 3.6 million at end of the quarter.
    Including 3 million RTR valued at 10.5 cents @ 31/3.
    At the last closing price of RTR ( 68 cents ) those shares are now worth $ 2,040,000 an increase of $1,725,000.
    Icing on the cake !
