Brokers also lose clients if they ( sophs ) don't make money.
Brokers need clients to make money so there needs to be a market to offload at higher prices.
That's coming with an announcement.
FSGS should show safety and maybe some sign of the drug doing something.
Most people including myself won't understand the announcement but if the price goes up a lot with volume it will look like a good announcement.
Stock doubled for a short time with the bat disease announcement as an example of the hot new money floating about.
