As far as I am concerned they don't need that cash or actually have it until the EGM resolution is passed:
Why the hell should shareholders approve pumping more cash into Oromist if it doesn't work or generate any revenue?? Its a money pit.
If it's to fund an acquisition, announce the acquisition and then let us decide if we want to support it or not with a CR.
Get your votes in against the resolutions, this is a joke.
