I've come to realise that competitors may have a lot of trouble edging out marketshare, I think SW customers may be a bit stickier than I initially thought. The app is a little better as well although it definitely needs a GUI makeover amongst other things, like allowing you to set your preferred login method instead of having to press fingerprint each time. I'd like to see some serious changes but all in all I think SW will continue to grow as their app/website/features and offerings continue to mature.
