ILA certainly needs more cash for the Phase 2 trial. Hopefully the options will do the job, but for that to happen the SP needs to be well over 6c
Jason Carol continues to accumulate and has near 20% at the moment so he might be the white knight ILA needs. It is hard for anyone to invest significant cash in ILA with the Big Guy holding so much of the stock. Nanocap biotechs like ILA in a very hard spot at the moment.
