@edgck to be fair DXB reported only a few weeks ago they were 70% of their first target of 144 (104 I think), it's unlikely there's any change since. They took 2 years to get to 104, a rate of one patient a week, so next 40 in the next 2/3 months is highly improbable imo.
the real gap in this 4C is the failure to say how many of those 170 sites are actually open to enrol patients, that's a big issue not disclosing that, imho. it's also unclear if they are adding 170 new sites (in addition to what they already have open), or is it another 100 or so to get to 170 total and how they're spread across the world. This is going to become eye-wateringly expensive, don't be surprised if IQ-VIYA their outsourced CRO gobble up most of the $22m in fees very quickly. I agree with other posters: this has CR written all over it.
