Painful on all fronts - cost base to 450k per month - well that's not going to help the cash balance - annoyed at myself over this one and buying at 0.40 cents thinking "bargain"
1 member of sales staff to date, will go to 6 so that will be another blowout in costs.
Pretty obvious now that company can't "run" fast enough to generate revenue quickly enough to cover the outgoing costs and will have to raise money again soon just to keep the lights on.
Still a promising idea that has definite scope but the company came to market way too soon - ironing out problems like offering a unified platform and having pricing bedded down should have definitely been done pre-IPO.
Learned the lesson, moving on
