I would probably lean towards it looking like stops were hit, as it did look like 1 cent was the stop loss price that was hit at about 2:26pm. As I am not sure if institutional investors just hit the sell button like that in micro caps. I would think that they tend to drip feed in and out of stocks over weeks/months.

I guess we will ultimately see in a few days if there is a change of substantial notice sometime next week.
