    there it is - the news we all knew was coming

    800k cash
    2.7m burn
    running on fumes with 0.3 Qtrs funding left

    Raise of $7.68m planned. Its prob $8m raise minus the JLM fees.
    JLM will also have options
    Money should last till end of the year
    Hopefully FID and bank finance comes through soon - APC mentioned that technical DD is complete

    Cap raise has all been worked out already - just not announced to market yet
    Expect holders to get shafted here.
