JUst as a possible way of explanation I know from experience that some annual payments such as insurance can distort quarterly cash flow announcements. While it seems highly unlikely an insurance payment would account for this major cash flow distortion there may be other annual payments that coincide with the EOFY?
Also I agree, it is unacceptable for a listed company to have these basic typo errors in a statutory report. An explanation should also be made for the extraneous one offs included in overhead cash payments.
