Thanks @Klue for bringing this up. If there is even a remote possibility of that happening, I won't dismiss $1.50 entirely.
Because if change of control transaction does occur, options all vest.Remember ESS Independent Expert said $1.73 and that was before 15% dilution. After dilution, $1.50 sounds about right. Hope it does not come down to that level of course, but who really knows in this business?
Since he is relatively young, he can jolly well take the $100M and jet off to Canada or South America to start a new project. The Copper grades are much higher in South America. If that's the case, I will still be investing in The Legend if the project is right.
