No, it's not just me that is saying ESS holding value is zero. If it was up to me, I wish ESS is worth $10B. But I ain't Father Xmas and got no super power.
It is the market that has already done the pricing for us. The combined market cap was supposed to be $770M. Current market cap is $570M. That means $200M paper value is gone for now, ESS worth zero. However things might change in the resource business, but that's what it is for now.
