Mike's two other boys didn't purchase any shares and the T40 reduced their holding,

You keep on selling the merits of the project, but if these LTH are not interested in buying, why should anyone else?

We don't know the reason why Mike's son had purchased shares, we can only speculate on this. Knowing the selling pressure that was occurring last month along with my assessment of the company finances, I can see this being used as a way to keep the SP higher for a CR.

Anyway, do you know why the CEO hasn't converted his remuneration into shares in WKT?
He is one of the founding directors (found Lindi) yet his holding is insignificant.

@Croc-file when do you think WKT will put out an ASX announcement or we will see Mike will put out a tweet confirming Gemcorps loan requirements, you claimed you required to call the company for confirmation, because you didn't believe the ASX announcement that was released to the market which clearly stated 2 QTR of loan repayments is required at all times.
