Clearly that loan condition only applies when the first payment is due on Sep 30 Spid. As shareholders and ASX requirements we only ever get to view a basic version of what could be a 250 page document. Due to Spid’s obvious ignorance in not understanding this, I feel he has mislead this forum on a topic where his inexperience has failed him and those that listen.
