The section I provided from WKT's announcement clearly states "At all times" which means this is expected during the entire loan period.
Anyway, I don't recall you or any of the pump crew working out CRDB's bank issues, I am sure you are jumping to conclusions once again.Don't be surprised to see a CR, WKT will most likely pump out the first production Announcement, followed by the good news you can all top up with a massive discount. What was the last discount? 43%?
