Putting aside the Gemcorp loan requirement to have a 6 month debt repayment reserve, have you considered the possibility that Lindi will not be cashflow positive until after first loan repayments are due in September? The company would be derelict in its duty to not consider that scenario and it will be prudent of them to have a CR despite bleating shareholders.
