The hypocrisy of spid81 misinformation is visible for all to determine…There was no debt service provided for the loan to be activated That was achieved by offering security and the release of CRDB security they had over the project…If this was to happen the 2 Quarters provision would have been from day one if required…It wasn’t
To further add to the hypocrisy Gemcorp then went onto allow full drawdown of the US$20 million facility and didn’t even withhold the funds for 2 Quarters of payment…
