the Elliot family are either going to make alot of money or lose alot of money on this company.
It isn't odd he is buying shares as the construction risks have been eliminated and the commissioning risks are reduced every day. Perhaps he's picking up some of the last cheap shares on offer, share price is now higher since he bought, what an opportunist!!!
He must be liking the daily twitter photos from Mike that keep everyone up to date of the progress.
