Yes Croc, WKT rights to draw down on BMCGs facilities expired, but the agreement still had 12 months to run where BMCG could advance the additional US$9.3mil if they agreed, due to poor volume and a project running months behind schedule, you can see why BMCG decided pull up stumps and invest else where.
just look at how dire WKTs cash balance is, yet they have all these significant costs to cover. Its only a matter of time before the company will need financial assistance
