The 2 Quarters provision only comes into play if the company wants to spend funds elsewhere…There then must be a balance of 2 Quarters of funds available…
Notice working capital has been mentioned yet again 2 Quarters is not…(Contact the company for clarification and I will remove my post if needed…) It won’t be necessary
