I will bet my left testicle that they didn't do a small placement this month and were happy with just $150k in the bank because they believe Disposal will take place as expected... Never forget, Gold and Silver prices have gone gangbusters during this negotiation period, so i'll bet my remaining testicle the Definitive Agreement will be a little more in our favor than the initial 63c total with less future royalties and more upfront payment on settlement considering MTC's largest Chinese shareholder wants there 40c placement they did back in Cash + interest !
