I actually think it would be a breach of insider trading laws to be in possession of a 63c offer and then do a placement significantly below the offer price ?
they would only need a couple of hundred grand, less than $500k to survive another 3 months finalising the sale anyway.
most of last quarter's expenditure was only directors fees , so they can take a small holiday shouldn't be a problem.
