If there is a raise coming, everyone with an interest in this company should write in to the new chairman, and the board to request it is an independent lead manager for all future raises; their history of self interest in this regard is well and truly in the public sphere and has damaged the SP; demand a change in corporate behaviour, vote with your pen or keyboard... while you are at it, keep asking the question of when an experience IO veteran will be added to the board.
